On March 3, 2023, the TUV SUD S.R.O officially signed a notification contract implement PEFC CoC certification services. This is the 4th certification body that VFCO has assessed and notified for PEFC CoC certification in Vietnam.

Up to now, the organizations that have been notified to perform PEFC CoC certification services in Vietnam are: 1) GFA Certification GmbH; 2) Bureau Veritas Certification France; 3) SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA and 4) TUV SUD Czech.

In the field of sustainable forest management, 03 certification bodies have been notified to provide VFCS/PEFC FM certification services, included: 1) GFA Certification GmbH; 2) Bureau Veritas Certification Vietnam; and 3) SGS Vietnam.

Notification of the qualified organizatiosn to perform VFCS/ PEFC FM and PEFC CoC certification services in Vietnam is one of the key tasks of VFCO to ensure the operation of the Vietnam Forest Certification Scheme to meet international requirements.
